Please note that this service is not covered under OHIP.

We accept direct payment and private insurance 

We also accept workplace safety insurance board (WSIB) and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. Please contact us before your first appointment so that we can complete the necessary documentation.

Payment

Contactless options are preferred. We accept e-transfers and credit card payments at the end of each visit. If necessary, cash will also be accepted. An electronic invoice will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or for tax purposes.

Direct Billing

If you have private insurance, we are able to process your claim for you. Any outstanding balance must be paid by you to our company.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fee
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. We will charge 50% of your missed appointment and it is due prior to beginning the next session.
