Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24h notice for all appointment cancellations.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may either:
1. Log-in to your Online Portal to make the changes directly
2. Call us at (416)-222-0003
3. Send us an email at rehab8.hullmark@outlook.com

Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments

Cancellations with less than 24h notice will incur full cost of the scheduled session and forfeit the session.

This policy applies to:

  • Cancellations within 24h of the appointment

  • Missed appointments (No-Shows)

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment time

Late Arrival Policy

We allow for a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your session will be considered a No-Show. The session will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. This policy ensures we can maintain our schedule and provide complete treatment sessions for all patients.

Options to Avoid Cancellation Fees

  • Reschedule to a different time on the same day (subject to availability)

  • Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time for a shortened session

  • For bad weather (snow, storms, etc.), please contact us in advance to discuss options
